1, after bonding release
1) Unqualified Melamine seal bottom release material causing degumming
2) Unqualified PVC cover coating(medium) is incompatible with hot melt glue
3) Oiliness of the skin seal and incompatible hot melt adhesive
4) When the skin seal is used as a primer, the water or other diluent is too large and the thinner is too strong, causing the hot melt to expand, and then the adhesive seal edge will bond and release.
5) The cause is caused by the cooling(sharp cooling) of the hot melt adhesive during the bonding process. The stable adhesion conditions(including temperature, pressure, working speed, etc.) should also affect the bonding effect.
The cause of adhesion to cooling(sudden cooling) is as follows:
During the process of gluing, the heating time of the hot melt glue is too short, so that the temperature of the hot melt glue can not meet the requirements
The temperature set for hot melt glue is too low

1) Coating machine setting temperature is too low

3, the edge is stained or too much adhesive
1) Overdosed

4, glue machine deficiency or uneven situation
1) The glue machine has blocked adhesive during the pre-melting process or at the adhesive exit, which may cause uneven coating.

5, excessive smoke or odor
1) Set the temperature too high

5) The ambient temperature or material temperature is too low(below 15 °)
6) Insufficient stress
8, the initial position and position of the sealing edge are not ideal
1) The roller press wheel needs to master the skills to make adjustments and extend its position to increase the roller pressure.
2) The initial or final 5cm position of the adhesive panel of the rubber roller often has an unsatisfactory effect, because the rubber drum at the head and tail position is prone to insufficient pressure, and when it is in a high-speed production state, the contact between the rubber drum and the panel is easy to beat.
9, the effect of bonding on both sides is good, the other side is not good
1) Poor contact between panel(substrate) and roller
2) Imeven coating causes glue seepage and hinders the sealing process
10, adhesive condition intermittent poor
1) The liquid state of hot melt glue is too low temperature
2) When the sealing machine is too fast to adjust and the coating amount is too high, the hot melt cylinder can not melt the hot melt glue in time, resulting in uneven coating.
3) The temperature of the hot melt is unstable
11, the edge of the seal is quickly separated after bonding
1) Hot melt glue, the temperature of the sealing edge, substrate, cargo or pressure drum is too high
2) The temperature(room temperature) in the construction environment is too high
