1. The sealing edge does not reach the highest bond strength, check whether the operation is reasonable, or whether the type of hot melt glue is selected correctly;
2. Cover the paint off the wood skin, check whether the back of the wood skin is too much grease or the back of non-woven cloth(paper) and whether the wettability of the plate is up to the standard;
3. Seal the paint off the wood skin, check whether the wood skin is too thin holes, whether the solvent of the paint penetrates into the glue to destroy the film;
4. When sealing the edge, the treatment is not good, the rubber line is too thick, resulting in poor closure, and the solvent easily penetrates into the adhesive film damage strength.
